Okay I got the new frame work and it seems to have worked. I patched the map and mainmenu map and FTPed them back to the xbox. I restarted my xbox and there was the map in the mainmenu, but when I go to play it, it sends me back to the mainmenu or back to the Halo2 start screen? Any ideas on what I need to do now?

Well back in the day before all this fancy stuff. I used to just rename the XBL folders to something different. I think they are located in this directory:
C/tdata/(the folder ending in 64)/(the 2 folders with $'s in the name)

(It might be the E drive instead of C, and it might be udate instead of tdata.)

Other will tell you different, that you should hex the xbe and use all these programs, but if you like to do it the hard/classy way, do that. Hope it helps.

Just disable it using Yelo.
