I am asuming you are talking about halo 2. just use the wall waker aplication. I think you can find it in utilities. very easy to use. on the other hand if you are talking about halo 1 then I dont think I myslef can help you there, that I couldnt

Just open your map in the latest Entity and click the [Sbsp] tag, then go to the Meta Editor. Look for the wall walker options there.

Are you looking for the plugin that allows you to walk through walls? Or are you looking for the application that lets you walk on walls?
