making a mappack

alright i want to make a final mappack type of thing so that i can give it to my friend and so we can play the modded maps over xbc or sumthin like that without having to ftp the maps to and from our xboxes. i have my halo 2 with all the maps modded and added to the main menu. how do i give him these mods without having to send the whole map. i know i can do sumthing with serenity but im not sure. i know i could make patches but is there an easier way so that he doesnt have to apply each patch individually? thanks
