semi-auto and deadly spears

yes i have hht and hmt i think i will need hht though for this...anyways how do i make the assualt rifle semi-auto and how can i make my needles kill on impact without exploding(i already defused the needles)
any help?

Go to the weap tag in HMT and look @ Rate Of Fire, and mess with it, turn it down low (its 15 by default) if you wnat it auto still, but slower, and there is a check box for single shot if you want it single shot. Go the the proj tag and fine mp_needle and there is Timer and Timer- to (default 0.75) and just make that like 0.01 (cant do zero) and it will explode instantly, or raise it to make them stay for longer.
