[Halo 2] Jackal Shield Color

Is it possible to make the Jackal Shield Red? I'm sure it is, I just don't know how. I've tried a couple of shader swaps but I cant find one good enough.
Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Sentinal_beam_ilum is indeed red but its probably not the proper option your looking for...The jackal shield colour I bet would be determined by RGB values in the shader...Find them and change them and it should be dandy...

actually its probably like the sword and can just be skinned red.

Try this shader [ objects\vehicles\warthog\shaders\glass_damage_red] it should turn out a nice looking red for the jackal shield.

try looking under lensflare and select damage_flash_falling that should red it up nice
