Weird Problem...

When i transfer my ai_squads over to my original scnr...
all the string ids get messed up... yet are my sids (string ids) are perfect in my other scnr...
how could this be? So what i am trying to do is reference the ai_squads in my 03b_newmombasa scnr to my original scnr.
Is this possible and if so, how?
