HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I feel like an idiot for asking this, but how do you use Insolence?

I tried opening it and I only got a new process, no windows or applications opened up. I have the dotNet framework, too. What am I doing wrong?

Also, since I'm new to map modding, could anyone tutor me in the art of making multiplayer stages?

Sometimes when I run it, it starts up minimized. Could that be the issue?

Nope, I don't get anything but a new process in the task manager. I use win2k pro.
