HMT Problems

OK i have halo map tools AND i have .NET framework 1.1 SDK but it still wont work! why not?!
Ghostman0120(lvl 41): Hey Ulti, What's a spartan? People keep talking about them but they won't tell me what they are!

How does it not work? Also make sure your maps are decompressed before opening them in HMT.

It just doesnt work it pops up a window like .net wasnt even installed
EDIT: nevermind. I downloaded the redistributable again and now it works.
