i wanted to know how to make it night-time

You can either PMI a dark sky, like a space sky or from truth adn reconciliation, or you can edit the bitmap yourself and color it dark grey, black etc.

yes but, like on bloodgulch... it would look weird to have a night sky and like a bright ground

I think (someone may correct me if I'm wrong) that the ground is mainly that bright because of the light by the sky. I PMI'ed a dark sky and the gound was little bright, but this sky plugin let me make it darker all around.

and where do i get this sky plugin

sure, you can pmi a dark sky, but you need to edit the lightmaps
