HHtT v5 by cluis problem! please read!

my friend downloaded HHT v5, but when he turns it on, for some reason he cant scroll down to [weap] and those other tags at the bottom. i have a picture but imageshack is nuts and wont upload it >_>

edit: i gave him the download here at halomods when the other download was at halopce.com. the halomods download worked, so someone please lock this
