HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

All of these servers are really bad except for the dedicated ones so can someone tell me how to make one, and if I need to pay or something? Thanks

dedicated servers are hard to manage. and by that its really lame. you need to host on one pc and play on another... your better off hosting. theres really no diffrence except the control over the game and I just do that with a trainer and command line.
