how do i change the color of the sart menu like where it says halo 2 and it shows a city n the back how do i change that to a bluish and greeninsh color please help or give me a tut or a tut link

You can make it orange-ish by removing the blue filter with Shade45's mainmenu editor. And then look for that orange, cloudy bitmap.
