NEED Much help, almost done with flying car

i made a flying car in 3ds max 8
i made all the dots that say #blah...
i installed blitzkreig..
put it in the plugins directory
i put in the 4 .dlls and everytime i open 3dsmax it says
DLL C:Program Files/ autodes/3dsmax/plugins/bliztkreig.dle faild to intalize
errorcode: 126
be its becuz i downloaded blizkreig 6 and 3ds max 8
i dont no but can i have some help please
i have 23 days left so help :!:

you shure that that plugin or w/e is compatible with 3ds max 8 . it might be for an older version

There is a newer one compatable with max 8.

im sorry
but i cant download a later version of 3ds max
and i tried using gmax
but i dont understand the uvw stuff
