I know it is illegal to put stuff from h2 on ce/pc (vice versa???) but will it be illegal to do that with H2PC to CE/PC?

I thought so, taking stuff from one game to another is illegal... wait, what about ce to pc xbox??? Bacon does that all the time.

Unless the content is copywritten, I don't think so.
You should still get permission to convert the stuff though, unless you're making it.
