[Halo 2] Convert .dds DXT1 format to DXT5

How do I convert a .dds DXT1 scenary pic to .dds DXT5.
I would like to inject a skin into a map I'm making, but DotHalo says the .dds needs to be DXT5. Others have been successfull except for this one...

Resave it as DXT5 format.

If you have Photoshop or Gimp, save it as DXT5 with the plugin.

I have Adobe Photoshop, I can open the .dds file.
HOW do I save it as DTX5 with plugin, I have no clue how to do that.

File > Save
Set it to DDS
A dialog box comes up
Set the format to DXT5

Dialog box doesnt come up.
I can save as dds though, just the dialog box you speak of doesnt pop open over or in that box. Could you possibly post pics on how you do it, where a tutorial is? (I searched....)
