Problem with bumpmap

Ok so i am working on a skin for the warthog. I extracted the bumpmap as a .jpeg did just one small change to it in photoshop, saved it as the correct type for bumbmaps injected it and everyhting went fine. Now when i try to play the map my warthog looks like this

Injecting a blank black bumpmap works fine...

What EXACT type of DDS are you saving it as?

24 bit RGB
And generate MIP maps is on

Did you follow my tutorial exactly? Because the format that works for me is 8:8:8 RGB (24 Bit)

I dont think i used your tut.
I dont have 8:8:8 anywhere as an option and i saw 24 in my options so i checked it..

I also tried that...then tried injecting with Dothalo 1st, then ADI and Entity (since you can see what your injecting) after Dothalo didn't work.

Yea, I did follow your tutorial. It didnt work.
Are you using Photoshop cs2?
If so can you send me your plugin..i have a diffrent one

Well the plugin I used is right in the tutorial. Look at the top where it says "Things Needed." You will see it and it will take you to the latest photoshop dds plugin. I dont know why it is not working for you guys because it works for me fine. Look here:
