bsp viewer for entity please help

okay i want to look at the raw data of turf
and i go to the [sbsp] tag and click tools but i
dont see a "raw editor" i only see a bsp viewer.
is that the same thing? if so every time i click that,
i get an error that says : Unhandled exception has occured in your application...ect ect... The specified module could not be found (Exception from HRESULT:0x8007007E).

what does this mean?
can i fix it?

Use version 1.1.6 of Entity if your going to use the bsp viewer. And yes, bsp viewer = raw editor.
