halo 2 map viewer?

does any one know of a program for halo 2 maps that you can install on your computer and it will let you view the map in 3d on your computer? that way you can see certain coordinates and you can see where you want to make objects and players spawn. i looked in the utilities section but i dont recall finding a program that does this, and if there is and i just missed it, sorry. thanks.
