multiple map in the menu

ok i have a problem that is not so much of the maps not working but more that its not very convenient to use them, and i know there is a way to do it, but im not sure what that way is. i'll use an example. i have a containment map with a race track mod on it and i have another containment map with a different race track mod on it. if i want to switch maps i have to go to my pc, take off the map thats on there and put the one i want on. is there a way that i can have both containment maps on the xbox without having to ftp everytime. that way i can go to the menu and select one race track or the other. thanks. please reply.
