could someone please give me the links for tools to make my own custom mods and instructions or tutorials on how to make and import weapons, vehciles and a.i. and how to make a map plz and thank you.

also, where do i put in script changes (i.e zero grav mod). and if there are things i need to keep and things i need to delete
