hey ok i donwload the mod i like then where do i put it? to be on my xbox? my xbox is not modded in anyway

Go to www.xbox-scene.com and learn how to either softmod or hardmod your xbox then come back here.

And no, any dashboard that has FTP capability built in can be FTP'ed to.
