yeah, S3anyBoy had his name cleared. it wasn't him, it was some loser that registered with the name S3anyboy (notice the b's).
anyways, i believe that if you made a patch or rar'ed the download, you can get it hosted on zshare and have it under their filecap. or just use wikiupload.com, their filecap is 5 GB, as long as you don't break their ToS (no porn or illegal stuff)

You can post your mod in Halomaps.org if it's a CE map using an FTP clint. Or to any other Halo PC/CE site on the internet. There's like a whole ton of links on this site's home page.
