A Few Skinning Questions

Ok I have a few questions. 1st what is the skin names of the billboard signs in headlong. 2 I was wanting to place a decal I found online to the front of my Gost, but the problems is that the game mirrors the front left side of it. So I would end up with half of the decal looking ok and the other funkey. Any Ideals

billboard name is something like Welcome_sign.
