pelican help

ok im at the part where you have to edit the seats, and i cant find unknown 11, well its there, but i cant select it, idk why, any help would be appricated, please, thx in advance
EDIT: im useing inscolance, but if its easer to use enity ill use it, i have everything, but im a noob at enity, so ill need lotss of help, thx

You need to update your plugins. Also there has been at least 6 or so topics in the past two weeks having to do with just this Unknown 11 issue. Next time search.

i did i looked and i found some "plugins" and i put them in a plugin folder, but it still wont work, if i dont know what i need i cant search
