Cant Find any plugins

Does anyone know/can upload some up-to-date or at least remotley up-to-date IFP Plugins? I wanna do the neon under hog but i cant find the right plugin!
You can download Entity and then go to the plugin folder in the .rar and drag them to whatever you want.
Or you could go to Haloplugins.
