Converting HCE to Xbox

I've heard people talking about converting their HCE maps to Xbox. Is it legal as long as the CE map creator approves or is it all illegal? If not, can someone give me a tutorial, please. THanks

There is a program that does it, that we aren't supposed to talk about. Only a few people have it, you'd have to find one of them, and ask them for help.

I belive that stick belongs to Ketchup_Bomb, you should probably give it back as stealing is a bannable offense.
