Need help with serenity problems

Every time i try to apply a skin to sanctuary i get a error report asking if i want to send it and it exits out of serenity. I think i am applying the patch right but can someone please tell me how so i can be sure?

Did you resign the Map?

i would but i can't get that far. while serenity is applying the patch a microsoft error window comes up asking if i want to send an error report. then it exits out of serenity.

Download the new version of Serenity.
