Are there any plugins out that do this?

are there any plugins that would be able to edit maybe powerups like stealth how long you are invisible or how much an overshield gives you or one most of you guys might not know about double speed i learned very basic gamehacking well pretty much just how to make a trainer and find address's in any pc game i want and i can find the address for the overshield and do what i want with it but i was wondering could someone make the plugin if it doesnt exist it would be a great addition to the already powerful hmt.

alright well why the hell are you gonna tell me that garbage and then say dont ask why and what the hell else would i be talking about plugins are for hmt anyway thanks for nothing.

Hey, you don't ask for help and then flip out on people when they try to help... There is no need for that dude. You could have been talking about other modding applications so stop being ignorant and accept help.

and please fragment your post into sentences with periods. it's hard to help if someone doesn't post with (mostly) correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
also, i believe HMT 3.5 is what your wanting.
