help! i cant use programs im downloading.

When i tryed to open dothalo and uberlightmaptools i got this: application has generated an exception that could not be handled. after that it has a bunch of other numbers and stuff. does anyone know what i can do to make it work?

I got it to work. i figured out that it only works if i keep it .rar. can you tell me why that is?

It shouldn't be like that. :?

Try extracting the rar file to a folder on your desktop, or is that what screwed everything up in the first place?

I found out the problem. i tried putting dothalo in a folder and all the plugins for it in a differnt folder. they all had to be in the same folder.

Ha, just another thing to screenshot for my sig rotator.=D

Why would a program have lots of plugins and libraries in the same folder as the exe, if they wern't meant to be together?
