:( Sorry, I'll update the tut again. But what exactly is your problem? What is it doing?

When I start the game, I don't see anything. All I see is the explosion marks where the pelicans hit. They never respawn though (or thats what it seems)

You gave the rocket an unmodified pelican HLMT tag right? And as for the respawn, thats what the last part of the tut with DotHalo is. In the itmc tag change the respawn to whatever. If you put it to like 7 seconds, thats how long you have to wait before you see it again.

Open up Dark Matter and go to the [scnr] tag and click on the meta editor. After that you will see this:

Ok so then find your [itmc] associated with your active scenery and just change the spawn time according to what you want. But make sure you place your active scenery where you want ti in Entity first. After that you are good to go. Just sign and ftp and enjoy your active scenery. :) Hope this helped you.

Use Insolence or Entity... Those are some of the newer apps I recommend using Insolence for Meta editing and Entity for well... Everything else...
