[Halo 2] adding collition to trees

ok so im adding trees to a BSP conversion map that i am working on but i cant figure out how to get them to have collition...i have tried all the tutorials on this site and none of them work....any ideas

Well... Change any dependency to a dependency of a vehicle...

ya that makes no sense...i tried it and a warthog spawned instead of a tree

Alright I get no cred for this Trulife gets it...

A scenery tag is a static object and collision isn't suppose to be moved so if you swap any dependency such as shad, coll, phmo to a vehicle (unstatic) the collision will be regained due to unstaticness...

or just spawn any mach with the dependencys swapped to that of a tree and teh speed of the mach to 0

ya i tried that ....it only works if the tree is originally in the map....but i figured another way to do it

Ok in order to have trees with full collision they musy have a [phmo] tag and a [coll] tag. Transfer a containment gate into your map, it's under [mach]. Then set speed 0. After that change the dependencies of the mach to that of the tree and poof omg a tree with collision. :)

XxD34thxX well I personally have errors playing with that... It seems that if you look at a tree from certain angles it is no longer visible...

the ones from the delta halo like to angor one..im not on my computer so i cant check....but i figured it out...i use the ceder trees from coag and it works fine

If you are using the big ancient ones than I don't think those can have collision or a phmo.
