[Halo PC] Question About AI

How do you put AI into a MP map with actual AI spawns and respawning?
The only way I know how to get AI into MP maps is to PMI the [actv] into a map and swap the dependancy into a vehicle and delete the collision and shaders to the vehicle and flip it over so the AIs will fall out, and they have no respawn. Can ANYONE help me?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? I really need to know.
