help me plz when eva i start my xbox i get error code 13

I'm having some problems with my softmod. I was using Unleash X I now get an error 13 code everytime I turn the Xbox on, it happened when my power went out and now it wont load games or do anything cept say this stupid error code can anyone help me plz!!!!!!!
