Is it possible to completely remove the fog/snow from lockout. I nulled out eveything under the Fog and Weat tags but it didnt do anything. any help would be great.

Goto the [scnr] tag, null out all the [fog] tags. Then goto the [sbsp] tag, and null the [weat] tag.
