im am sorry to bother some people but i have a problem. my computer meets the requirements to play halo. i have installed it on my computer. when i try to start to play halo the start up screen looks messed up. every thing looks white and i can't see the words and for some reason my screen seems to be changing sizes. and when i actually find the button to play the game every thing looks grey and blurry. someone please help. i know my description seems kinda hard to understand but if ya want a picture i will try to get 1.
personally, i'd just reinstall and not bother tryin it on someones computer, it sounds like you might have a driver problem. ensure that you have directx 9.0 (or 9.0c) on your computer, and that you have the latest drivers from your video card/chip manufacturer installed on your computer.

as i said, make sure your computer has the latest directx and the latest driver for whatever video card you've got, search the manufacturer's website.
for example, my card has an ATI x800 GPU, so when i started having problems with call of duty 2, i googled the error i got, did the trouble-shooting i found, and checked to make sure i had ATI's latest drivers for the x800 GPU. turns out i didn't, and installing it fixed everything.
