tool won't work.

I have done it all correctly, TheGhost's tagset is downloade and placed properly. Sapien reads the .scenario file correctly and when I build a cache map file using tool I get this forever when playing it in CE:

That is unusal for me. What have I done wrong? Do I have to start again?!
