Sry for all the noobish questions, but you got to learn somehow. is there a way to get rid of the lines on the guns?
the lines that are circled
i want to get rid of all the lines like that. they messing up my paintball mod

Yea, those are bumpmaps. Just find an unsued Dxt1 texture, extract it, make it a solid black image, re-inject it, and give the Brute shot bump (should be right under the brute shot bitmap) the meta offset of the bitmap you injected.

Don't know any off the top of my head, but in Dothalo, it will say above the preview image what DXT it is.

damn, is there any way to get around the whole clearing my cache everytime i want to change a skin? like, can i just delete lockout from my cache?
