About AI's! PLEASE HELP

ok... i got something i really wanna know!

i know how to add characters and stuff and to let them act in game....
you can add characters to vehicles..(actv)
but in mods i look in halo pc theres none added to a vehicle and still the characters are there!

I had a look in sparkedit and i see a pelican and a dropship..and i thought WTF?!
so my question here is how do you add characters in game without adding the actv to a vehicle???? :shock:

add the AI into the Mp map scenario in Halo CE and then extract the
scenario over to your HaloPc mod and then do a normal PMI, adding in
the scenario.. your AI will be ingame without using any vehicles (unless
you script them to jump in a vehicle, or add a peli / dropship unloading),
plus you can specify if they are enemy / friendly or on seperate teams.

and... how can i do that... cause i can't find anything on Halopce

i don't understand... i have to extract the scenario with hek(halo editing kit) but i don't know how!!!? please tell me cause i really wanna make a new AI mod..

look mate i'm n the same predicament as you.
so what i thought is duplicate a vehicle tag of the ghost or any one seated vehicle null out the shaders then turn them over in sparkedit.
change it so that the ghost/banshee has no mod2, coll, phys, antr and so on. then cange the seat name to something completely random.

btw to flip em in sparkedit just change the meta of the vehi tag to a scen tag...
any more question then PM me i'll be mre than happy to suggest simpler ways of hiding vehicls from sight and causing AI to attack...
