Error with apps and i need some help

ok this just started happening today but can anyone tell me if i am missing something or what i can do. thanks to those who do help

right-click the shortcut and see if it's set to run in windows 98 compatability mode. you also may need to re-install the .net framework, although the shortcut compatability mode seems to be most popular on the internet.

i just downloaded the framework again and have to go but i will try later
