HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

ok ive taken some pictures of what ive been working on to post them in the pics forum and when i go to imageshack.us and try to hsot them, it says theyre too big and to use a third party program t resize them. so i downloaded microsoft image resizer, and i installed it but i cant find the .exe on my computer anywhere, i checked that path it installed to and even ran a search for it so i cant resize my images to post them here. =(

any suggestions?

Ok right click the picture and click resize images. 640 X 480 is a good size.
