Evox Messed Up

Okay, I just got through backing up some of my pictures on my xbox and then i go to restart my xbox. the evox dash will start and works fine but i now find that my M$ dash, settings and some other options are gone. also all of my emus have dissapeared while they are clearly present when i go to flash fxp. I need Help please.
