This was jsut weird..( water level stuff)

I changed the water level manulally in hex for headlong, so I ssign it, ftp it, and well..the water level is high, but its not extending into the level..the app or plugin doesnt work for me..and can someone plz help me..it just looks like floating water. Thanks.

You have to change the bitmap if you do it by app or plugin
