FTPing game profiles: Is it possible? And How do I do it?

Hi, Im new here, and its cool, so Im gonna stay here, but I have a problem FTPing profiles (like Action Reply) to my xbox.

First of all, is that even possible?
Second of all, if it is, what do I save it under (i.e.- C:, D: E:>Profiles>Etc.>etc.)?

FTPing works fine for me, and the only problem is when I softmodded, I stupidly deleted the softmod without backing up MS dash, but luckily I have EvoX dash. So really I cant get to my memory if I need to for this. That is why I cant use Action Replay to do this, I need to somehow FTP it.

If anybody here knows, can they please explain to me how to do that, and if it is a REALLY stupid question to be asking, please inform me of that too..
