HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

i saw a app a few months back claiming you could export and import halo 2 collsion models...
im just wondering did the app ever get released and if so anygot a link for me because i can't find it anywhere.

yea thats the topic i saw just ive not realy kept much interest in updayes for a while and was wondering if it was released or not.
