screencap for pc?

whats a good program i can use to capture images on my pc? preferrably free and it needs to be able to capture images from all video formats.

trials, freeware, shareware whatever i only need it to make some wallpapers.

use PRT SCR for taking a single capture..paste into MS paint

its best quality you can get if you save as .BMP :wink:
