				I want to know how to put a picture signature u have made. I only know how to put non edited pictures in my signature.

Do what? Can you be more specific? Putting an edited picture would be the same as putting a non-edited image into your signature...
Edit: O I get it, you need to host your image first. Try visiting 
Imageshack then take the link within the [IMG] tags, and paste that in your profile.

				when i try hosting it, it keeps saying i need to resize it though. i tried resizing it to all the icon thingys but still. it wouldnt let me resize it.

I don't Know what you have saved it as, but usually gif's and jpeg's tend to be a bit smaller in file size.
