how can i make invisible things?

There is a really kool technique of making things invisible such as the gun in the back of the hogs. The problem is i cant do it, the part that i attempt to make invisible turns white. I used photoshop and erased the bitmap of the hog's turrent then injected the "invisible" part and it didnt work. By the way im on a mac how can i use HMT 2 do this. Does any1 have any suggestions?

Just go to the weap tag and find the turret you want and Null out the shaders. That should work.

No, just swap it with Levels/a10/ and there should be a cryoclass thingy there. That will make it invisible. But...my question is...how do you make the car have an active camo skin? So it will be transparent, but not invisible.

you null out shaders on the MODE tag to make something complete invisible.. i believe the WEAP doesnt contain any shaders... the hlmt contains the model and shaders are in the mode

look around in the shaders...you might be able to find something similar to active camo...or maby something you like better ...

oh yeh...if you want it to be completly invisably you can just null out the shader...but i recomend backing up your mab befor you do ...
