okay now on halo pc how do you change the tire tracks from dust to fire???

Open HMT, or whatever you use to edit it. Then go to the effe tag and search for the one you think is right, its something like warthog tire something, i dunno but you'll know. Then just dependency swap it with fire.

okay i got until the warthog tir thing but which tire do i pick? theres snow wood metal and i cant find the fire on swap thingy

Well I guess just do all of them. It depends on the type of terrain your driving on. There should just be a tag that says fire at the end.

i still can't find it on the swap thing or can someone how me a video or just a tut for it because i cant find anything with fir at the end of it

Ok try the [part] tag in the Dependency swapper window on the right and switch it with all the part tag in the warthog tag. You know the impact wood, snow and all the others. Sorry its hard to read but in the Tag Viewer window it's weapons\flamethrower\effects\flame char.

All it takes is a little searching.

That's also why there is a section called "Utilities".
