blitzkrieg

hi,
ive tried google, i've tried forum search. i can't figure out a way to get blitzkrieg working. i managed to find the plugin for version 7 yes i am sure its the version 7 one. i tried putting it in plugins, stdplugins, pluginscfg, nothing works. i put the 4 dll's in system 32. for some of them it says access denied because there already is a file in use and it won't let me copy over it. the zip file that contained the dll's, are these newer? could this be preventing me from getting the plugin to work?

btw the problem is the typical error message on 3ds max 7 startup, plugin failed to initialize
