Master Chief Model in 3DS Max

k, I exported master chief.obj from hmt and imported it into 3ds max, and this is what happened. does anyone know how to fix this, and after the problem is fixed, how to skin the model/use the .dds texture on the model.

When importing, uncheck "Rotate Model" and "Unify"

awesome, thx, that worked... somewhat, now his visor is apart from his head, also, once I get this working, I would like some tips/tutorial links on how to rig, animate and skin models in 3ds max if possible. thx again
